如题，首次通过荷兰出口浏览会有 consent . google . com 设置，设置完毕后自动识别为加拿大地区用户，Y站在标志左上角加CA，Google搜索在页底显示“加拿大（基于您的 IP 地址）”字样。
有可能是因为Google最近把使用轮系代理软件自动识别为大陆用户一样，精准识别使用翻墙软件的用户。

開迷霧通查自己的 IP（Google ‘my IP address’），再查 IP 所在的地址吧。
其他网站就不会，用荷兰出口浏览Twitter显示的是荷兰当地的热搜。
我也遇到了,google my IP address确实是在对应的国家，但是货币全部都是CA,这个最主要影响的是google play或者是steam的这类服务中货币，youtube购买会员服务因为和googleplay货币不对无法使用，googleplay如果跨区最严重还会被封号

根据识别出来的IP地址才能更改地區，这个显示CA所以只能在加拿大(淘宝没有加拿大的礼品卡可以买)，在youtube购买东西的话如果区域和googleplay使用的货币一样的话可以通过googleplay直接扣款，如果不一致就要另外绑定相关货币的银行卡
我了解 YouTube 的區域需要與 Google Play 的貨幣一樣。但 Google Play 可以更改地區、貨幣吧：

幸好我早就不用 google play 了，google 就是個廣告公司+跟蹤公司，竟然敢要用戶的真實地址，現在對 google 好感度歸零了
