Geph 4.1.0 released!

Two major changes happened:

Sosistab version 2 is introduced. This should increase performance and reduce bandwidth wastage in high packet loss environments.
Windows version now has a proper digital signature.

As usual, we will only automatically notify users of the update on Android. Geph 4.x is still “beta” on other platforms.

已经使用，目前使用感觉，连接速度4.0.10版几乎算秒连，4.1.0要慢的多，转圈时间和3.6.7差别不大，网速比4.0.10好像也要慢一些。

4.1版本速度反而变差了看视频速度只有200kbps 先用回4.0.10了（

開發者在今天12:33(HKT)說已經修復一個使所有流量流向同一個橋的bug，不知道你有沒有感覺變快。

不過我還是覺得（相比於3.6.7）4.1.0速度變慢了。
