No Internet connection when Geph is not connected.

Hello,
Basically, I can't use browsers when geph is offline. The browsers show the no internet page. This Issue surfaced since Geph stopped working when it was online and I restarted my PC. ( It was maybe 1 or 2 versions ago, not sure.)

I can't do much with this PC anymore. I'd appreciete it if I can get some help to fix this. It'd be a great help.

疑似使用了迷雾通的缺省设置：自动配置代理，运行迷雾通后设置并打开了PC的系统代理。
在迷雾通非正常终止时，未能关闭PC的系统代理，导致此后未运行迷雾通时，浏览器无法访问网络。此时，检查并关闭PC的系统代理后即可恢复正常。
