用Github Actions git clone该项目或者用GitHub Codespaces打开项目，然后curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -sSf https://sh.rustup.rs | sh安装完rust，不管是cargo update还是直接cargo build --release --locked，都会报错。
