如何让迷雾通能在其它设备上翻墙

小弟想用手机热点同时使用迷雾通，让电视/PS5也能翻墙，可是手机热点和迷雾通打开以后，去设置代理服务器，却发现电视/PS5连网络都访问不了了。

请问如果手机热点行不通的话，我在电脑上插无线网卡的话是否有效果？
